Why Join Us? \n • Competitive pay - $25.01 base wage - Plus $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift\n, • Low-cost benefits start the month after you start. \n, • Growth opportunities\n, • Visually inspect parts for compliance with quality requirements.\n, • Verify documentation and paperwork for accuracy.\n, • Read blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances for machined components and assemblies.\n, • Use inspection tools to complete dimensional reports.\n, • Initiate containment activities when discrepancies are identified.\n, • Review and refine data collection requirements based on customer drawings, models, work orders, purchase orders, sketches, and PPAP standards.\n, • Participate in Gage R&R studies.\n, • Act as an impartial third party between production and customer to ensure product quality.\n, • Perform a variety of inspection tasks with minimal supervision.\n, • Communicate inspection findings and non-conformances to relevant stakeholders.\n, • Read and follow work instructions and general processes.\n, • Use measuring and testing equipment as needed.\n, • Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with health and safety policies.\n, • Collect and record inspection data.\n, • Utilize company portal for time tracking and policy acknowledgements.\n, • Wear safety-toed footwear.\n, • Safety glasses with side shields.\n, • Hearing protection.\n, • Additional personal protective equipment as required.\n, • Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.\n, • Lift 25-50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.\n, • Manufacturing and warehouse areas with exposure to moving mechanical parts, dust, and high noise levels.\n, • May be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.\n, • High school diploma or GED required.\n, • One year of related experience or training preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.\n, • Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.\n, • Knowledge of GD&T and experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.\n, • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.\n, • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.\n, • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus.\n This option is reserved for individuals who require accommodation due to a disability.
