Essential Functions, • Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers., • Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary., • Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter., • Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehicle make/model., • Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tire rotation service., • Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline., • Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions., • Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all necessary services have been performed correctly., • Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles., • Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication), • Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk., • Constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle., • Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds., • Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas., • Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order.
