Entry Level Account Executive Responsibilities
Conduct direct, Face-to-face marketing to educate homeowners on the benefits of renewable energy
Guide prospective customers through a straightforward and transparent sales process
Represent Mpower Direct professionally with strong communication and people skills
Collaborate with a high-energy team to meet goals and exceed expectations
Use proven sales tools while also developing your own pitch style with ongoing feedback
Participate in training sessions and one-on-one coaching to sharpen your skills
Entry Level Account Executive Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others quickly
Goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
No prior sales experience required—training and mentorship provided
Interest in renewable energy and making a meaningful impact

Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
(Weekends off with additional bonus opportunities)
