Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, handling transactions, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide detailed information on products, promotions, and services
Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems
Maintain clean and organized product displays and store layout
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management
Assist in restocking shelves and receiving new merchandise
Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales goals
Resolve customer complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
Follow company procedures and policies regarding sales and customer service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
