Job Title: Marketing Consultant Expert Job Type: Contract Location: Remote Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze complex marketing datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic recommendations., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and enhance AI-driven marketing models., • Create detailed rubrics and frameworks using advanced marketing knowledge to assess model performance and campaign effectiveness., • Deliver high-quality, articulate written and verbal communications to effectively convey findings and recommendations., • Guide the customer's team in best marketing and consulting practices to optimize campaign outcomes and business growth., • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements relevant to marketing., • Continuously iterate on consulting approaches to maximize impact in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field., • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a closely related role., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear business insights., • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, campaign assessment, and consulting methodologies., • Proficiency in interpreting marketing metrics and leveraging data for model improvement., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely., • Proactive mindset, always seeking innovative ways to drive results and foster collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: • Average of 7+ years of professional experience in marketing consulting or related field., • Background in training, evaluating, or deploying AI-driven marketing tools or technologies., • Advanced certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or AI applications in marketing.
