The role
A Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals and develop lasting client relationships. Through effective clienteling, the Sales Associate works to create a superior store experience for our clients that results in sales growth. A Sales Associate is also responsible for complying with policy, procedure, and company initiatives.
Understand key company and personal KPI’s; work to meet personal and store sales and KPI goals.
Proactively build company and product knowledge to demonstrate understanding to the customer.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the product to support the brand goals.
Continuously enhance Develop sales techniques that are relevant to the market.
Leverage company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals.
Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures.
Take ownership of your role and work to support the store team to achieve goals.
Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
Undertake daily tasks as required by the store management team.
Comprehend and effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.
Continuously strive to provide the highest level of customer service.
Handle customer enquiries quickly and efficiently and escalate to management where appropriate.
Establish and maintain client-base.
Ensure that all new client’s information is captured correctly in the POS system and handled in accordance with all company policies and procedures
