THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate in Sag Harbor, you will create personalized, memorable experiences for both local clients and seasonal visitors. You will act as a brand ambassador, offering styling expertise while supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and engage customers with warmth and authenticity, creating a welcoming boutique experience that reflects the Cynthia Rowley brand.
Build lasting client relationships through one-on-one styling and personalized service.
Support the team with operational tasks such as stock replenishment, shipping/receiving, and maintaining the store’s visual and merchandising standards.
Prepare fitting rooms, assist with styling suggestions, and provide expert knowledge on product fit, fabrication, and styling.
Communicate local client feedback and product requests to support the Sag Harbor store’s success.
Support opening and closing duties and ensure the store is always customer-ready.
Be available for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts during peak Sag Harbor seasons.
QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect genuinely with a diverse clientele.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal, and dynamic boutique setting.
Collaborative, can-do attitude with attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Previous retail or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
WHAT WE OFFER
$20–$23/hour, depending on experience.
