Job DescriptionSalary: commensurate Job Title: Automotive Multi-Divisional Sales Representative Position Summary The Automotive Multi-Divisional Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships across multiple automotive service lines, including collision repair, towing, detailing, auto glass repair and replacement, and ADAS calibration. This role acts as a brand ambassador for all associated businesses, potential businesses to be added, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Promote and sell services across all associated automotive businesses, • Develop referral relationships with dealerships, insurance partners, fleet managers, repair facilities, and local businesses, • Identify cross-selling opportunities between divisions, • Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets Account Management • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing referral partners, • Conduct regular sales visits and follow-ups, • Track and document sales activity, referrals, and outcomes, • Resolve customer or partner concerns in coordination with operations teams Marketing & Brand Representation • Assist in representing the company at networking events, trade shows, and community events, • Communicate division capabilities, certifications, and OEM standards, • Distribute marketing materials and educate partners on services Internal Coordination • Work closely with estimators, customer service, and production teams, • Communicate customer expectations clearly across departments, • Provide market and competitor feedback to leadership Qualifications Required: • 2+ years of automotive or B2B sales experience, • Strong understanding of automotive services, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, • Existing dealership, insurance, or fleet relationships, • Knowledge of OEM procedures and ADAS systems, • Customer Relationship Management experience Compensation & Benefits • Base salary plus potential for commission, • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (if applicable), • Health benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities, • Training across all automotive divisions
