Job Description:
Eden Gardens seeks an experienced Banquet Salesperson to drive event sales and client relationships. The ideal candidate will promote our venue's offerings, manage bookings, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and event planners.
- Present and promote banquet services and packages to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of banquet services and event planning is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
