We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help drive our growth and customer satisfaction.
You’ll welcome customers, build relationships, assist with product selections, process transactions, and maintain an inviting sales floor. Your efforts will directly contribute to our sales goals and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a friendly, welcoming experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer product questions, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Promote current promotions, loyalty programs, and special events.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including restocking, merchandise tagging, and reporting low stock or discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Uphold all company policies, including cash handling, returns/exchanges, and loss prevention procedures.
- Participate in training and stay up to date on product knowledge and store initiatives.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule (including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts).
Preferred Qualifications - Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
