Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Sales Associates to join our team. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to potentially run your own team if you qualify to be promoted to a manager by maintaining excellent sales metrics This is an opportunity for Hungry and Driven individuals who want control of their income utilizing the skills they have and the skills that can be learnt.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products (nutrition, beauty, home care) to customers through in-person or online channels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales.
Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow your customer base and team, using social media, email campaigns, and personal outreach.
Leverage digital tools and skills to create engaging content and promotions.
Stay informed about products and business strategies through company training and support.
Set personal goals and work independently to achieve them, with guidance from our team.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow FAST
Comfortable using social media and digital tools (e.g., Zoom, Instagram).
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
