Qualifications - Valid New Jersey New Jersey Driver's License. - Strong oral, written and computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft. - Management and/or supervisory experience - Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities including individual support plan development, program monitoring, and behavioral plan development experience preferred in residential settings. - Experience working in and/or managing a residential program(s). - Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred.
