As an Account Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, support sales activities, and help build strong, lasting relationships that drive business growth. Primary Responsibilities: • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product/service information., • Assist in generating leads through research, outreach, and collaboration with the sales team., • Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals that highlight product/service benefits., • Maintain and update client accounts and sales databases to ensure accurate and current information., • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and identify opportunities for additional sales., • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on client engagement activities., • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors to better position our offerings., • Work closely with team members to support a smooth sales process and excellent customer experience., • Handle confidential client information with professionalism and integrity.Qualifications:, • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and client interaction., • Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team., • Must be able to multi-task and use multiple computer monitors; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not required., • Problem-solving mindset with a goal-driven attitude.
