Glowly is looking for an experienced Nail Technician who already has strong technical skills, salon experience, and a desire to grow professionally. This position is designed for an established nail technician who wants to learn advanced Russian techniques, increase their earning potential, and build a long-term career in a modern, professional salon. This is not an entry-level position. What We Are Looking For ● At least 2 years of professional nail technician experience ● At least 1 year of experience working in a busy nail salon ● Strong, confident hand skills and attention to detail ● Experience using an electric nail drill ● Experience working with at least one professional nail system, such as: ● Acrylic ● Hard Gel or Builder Gel ● Gel-X ● Dip Powder ● Ability to perform clean, consistent nail services within a professional salon timeframe ● Experience communicating with clients and working with a full appointment schedule ● A professional portfolio with clear photos of your work ● Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow Glowly service standards ● Valid New York State Nail Specialty License Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week Benefits: Employee discount Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
