We are seeking a proactive and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the operations and ensure the smooth running of our salon suites. This role is crucial for maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring facility upkeep, and providing excellent service to our renters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations and overall environment of the salon suites.
- Proactively work to fill available suites with new renters, including conducting tours and showcasing the benefits of our facilities.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the suites, performing light cleaning and aesthetic touch-ups as needed. Deep cleaning services are provided by our dedicated cleaning team.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure a well-maintained and functional environment for all.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing professional and helpful assistance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in salon or spa management is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
