We need a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all the duties performed by the Team Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's and Assistant Manager's absence. This role contributes to Starbucks' success by assisting the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys baristas and delegates tasks so that they can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers.
