Job Description:
As an SMP Technician at SCALPS, you will be responsible for providing high-quality scalp micropigmentation treatments to clients, ensuring they receive personalized care and achieve their desired look. This role requires precision, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. You will work closely with our team of experts to deliver results that meet the highest standards in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scalp micropigmentation treatments with precision and care.
Consult with clients to understand their goals and provide personalized treatment plans.
Maintain a clean and sterile working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in scalp micropigmentation.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Document and track client progress and follow up as needed.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the quality of services offered.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in scalp micropigmentation, cosmetic tattooing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Certification in scalp micropigmentation or related cosmetic procedures is a plus.
