Position Requirements:
Must have min 1 year prior experience in a full-service restaurant
-Knowledge in opening and serving wine
-Ability to carry trays weighing 30 lbs or more
-Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time during shift hours
-Neat, reliable, and punctual
-Positive attitude, good work ethic, and a team player
-Able to recite daily specials and learn menu items quickly
-Strong customer service skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
-Weekend and weekday flexibility required
