Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC and plumbing materials, • Maintain organized shelving, inventory areas, and staging zones, • Assist with inventory counts and restocking, • Prepare daily job materials and equipment for field crews, • Track and label materials accurately, • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within warehouse and yard Shop Runner / Field Support, • Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites, • Pick up parts from supply houses and vendors, • Assist technicians with material loading/unloading, • Transport equipment between branches or project locations, • Return unused materials and ensure proper documentation Vehicle & Equipment Responsibility, • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally, • Conduct daily vehicle inspections, • Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle, • Follow all DOT and company driving policiesPerformance Expectations, • On-time attendance daily, • Accurate and organized material handling, • Safe driving with zero preventable incidents, • Strong communication with field teams, • Maintain clean and orderly warehouse environment Requirements Required Qualifications • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly, • Strong punctuality and attendance record, • Basic understanding of hand tools and construction materials, • Ability to follow directions and work independently, • Professional appearance and attitude Preferred Qualifications • Prior HVAC, plumbing, or construction warehouse experience, • Forklift experience (certification a plus), • Familiarity with local supply houses, • Basic inventory management experience Physical Requirements • Frequent lifting, bending, and standing, • Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments, • Exposure to heat, cold, and construction site conditions Benefits Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly wage (based on experience), • Health benefits, • Paid time off
