Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues
Maintain a tidy and well-organized store environment, including visual merchandising
Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries
Support the sales team with sales floor duties, including processing transactions
Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a retail environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks with ease
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
