We are currently hiring for the following positions in the WNY area:

General Laborers:
Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and general construction tasks.
Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
Previous construction experience is necessary

Carpenters (Rough & Finish):
Frame, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood.
Experience with framing, drywall, trim work, and finish carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Concrete Workers:
Pour, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces.
Experience with formwork, pouring, and finishing concrete.
Knowledge of concrete mixes and curing processes.

Electricians (Apprentice & Journeyman):
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Valid electrician's license (for Journeyman) or enrollment in an apprenticeship program.

Plumbers (Apprentice & Journeyman):
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Valid plumber's license (for Journeyman) or enrollment in an apprenticeship program.

HVAC Technicians (Apprentice & Journeyman):
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Knowledge of HVAC codes and safety regulations.
Valid HVAC license (for Journeyman) or enrollment in an apprenticeship program.

Heavy Equipment Operators:
Operate various heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting.
Valid operator's license.

Masonry Workers:
Lay bricks, blocks, and stones to construct walls, foundations, and other structures.
Experience with various masonry techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Roofers:
Install, repair, and replace roofs using various materials.
Knowledge of roofing techniques and safety procedures.
Experience working at heights.

Site Supervisors/Foremen:
Oversee construction projects and manage crews.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in construction management.

Qualifications:
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a drug test (if required)
Pay rate depends on position and experience
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Relevant certifications and licenses (depending on the position).
