Swig is looking for a Social Media Manager to own how our brand shows up online. In this role, you'll lead the creative direction, execution, and performance of Swig's organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and X. Your job is to make content that's entertaining, culturally relevant, and unmistakably Swig. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you'll run day-to-day social strategy, content, publishing, and community management. You'll also lead a small creative team made up of our Product Photographer and Short Form Video Creator. How You'll Make an Impact
- Bring our social strategy to life. Execute and optimize Swig's organic strategy across every platform, including Instagram Stories, Broadcast Channel, and ManyChat automations. Build platform-specific plans that grow awareness and engagement.
- Own the content calendar. Keep content aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions, and manage scheduling, publishing, quality control, and final approvals.
- Set the creative direction. Turn concepts and moodboards into scroll-stopping content alongside our photographer, video creator, and creative team. Write captions and copy that sound like Swig on every platform.
- Lead and grow a creative team. Directly manage the Product Photographer and Short Form Video Creator, giving them clear direction, feedback, and coaching. Help them do their best work and empower them to own day-to-day execution.
- Jump into the conversation. Spot trends and cultural moments where Swig can show up authentically. Engage with followers, creators, and other brands, and keep a pulse on audience sentiment.
- Let the numbers guide you. Track reach, impressions, shares, saves, engagement, and follower growth. Deliver weekly reports with insights and recommended next steps.
- Collaborate across teams. Partner with marketing, creative, and influencer teams on launches and campaigns, and weave influencer and user-generated content into our channels.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- 3+ years of professional social media management experience, ideally with a consumer-facing brand. Food and beverage or multi-location experience is a plus.
- A track record of growing accounts across multiple platforms, plus a deep understanding of each platform's formats, best practices, and audience behavior.
- Standout copywriting skills and the ability to write in a distinctive, consistent brand voice.
- Experience building content calendars, creative briefs, and organic campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable improvements.
- Experience giving creative direction and leading or mentoring creative team members.
- Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- The ability to work on-site at our Support Center in Sandy, travel to stores and events, and occasionally work outside normal hours for campaigns and time-sensitive moments. Who We Are:
