Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet our business needs. This role involves evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability, as well as negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
Monitor market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their sourcing needs and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
