The Sous Chef at The Union Bar & Provisions will be responsible for managing all the daily operations of the foodservice operations for the bar, restaurant, and special events. Which include, but are not limited to menu development, food quality and cost controls, standard operating procedures in the kitchen, staffing responsibilities, and general administrative responsibilities. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing all employees who report directly to him/her when the chef is off site. The Sous Chef will report directly to the Executive Chef.
