Responsibilities
Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing to maintain fresh and appealing offerings

  • Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
    Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests, and addressing their needs promptly with enthusiasm.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.

We make everything from scratch here, if you can make peach cobbler with a homemade crust, banana pudding and other desserts from scratch.
Or you are talented in smoking meats, making roux or gravies we want you. Our menu consists of authentic Southern classics. Collard greens, gumbo, jambalaya, baked Mac n cheese, etc... If you are a Rockstar we want to hear from you bring your A-game and a Great personality. We serve great food here and Southern hospitality We Do not serve Attitude.
