Responsibilities Installation Support • Assist technicians with the installation of ramps, stairlifts, elevators, and other accessibility equipment., • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites., • Use hand and power tools under the direction of lead technicians., • Help prepare work areas and maintain clean, safe job sites., • Assist with basic assembly and installation tasks., • Provide professional and courteous customer interactions., • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Warehouse Support • Organize, clean, and maintain warehouse inventory and work areas., • Assist with refurbishing and preparing equipment for future installations., • Receive, stage, and store incoming materials and products., • Prepare materials and equipment for daily installation schedules., • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment., • Support general warehouse operations and inventory organization. Qualifications Required • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn., • Experience using basic hand and power tools., • Ability to lift and move 75+ lbs., • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance., • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions., • Reliable transportation. Preferred • Construction, carpentry, warehouse, moving, delivery, or installation experience., • Experience assisting skilled trades professionals., • OSHA certification., • Forklift operating experience (not required but considered a plus)., • Valid driver's license preferred.
