In this role, you will ensure that stock levels are accurately maintained, inventory is properly organized, and products are readily available for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products on the sales floor and in the backroom. Oversee stock rotation and ensure that items are appropriately stored to minimize damage and ensure accessibility. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment to support smooth store operations. Assist in the implementation of inventory control processes and best practices to improve efficiency. Qualifications: Previous experience in stock management, retail inventory, or a similar role within a retail environment. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting. Experience using inventory management systems or point-of-sale (POS) software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. Prior experience in retail or brick-and-mortar operations is preferred.
