Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or outside sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Proficient in math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship. Experience in upselling products or services is a plus. Familiarity with sales management practices is beneficial but not required. A valid driver's license is necessary for test drives and customer interactions. In this role, you will ensure that stock levels are accurately maintained, inventory is properly organized, and products are readily available for our customers. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth store operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products on the sales floor and in the backroom. Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock audits and reconciling physical counts with system records. Coordinate with the store team to replenish products and maintain stock organization across all store areas. Oversee stock rotation and ensure that items are appropriately stored to minimize damage and ensure accessibility. Work closely with the sales team to track product availability and identify stock needs based on sales trends. Support the management team in forecasting inventory needs for upcoming promotions, seasonal changes, or special events. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment to support smooth store operations. Assist in the implementation of inventory control processes and best practices to improve efficiency.
