Pay: • Hourly pay with possible commission opportunities, • Plus tips, • Booth rental is not available for this positionDuties & Responsibilities:, • Provide quality nail services including manicures, gel polish, Gel-X, builder gel, structure gel, and other nail enhancements, • Create clean, trendy nail sets while delivering a welcoming and professional client experience, • Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of tools, workstations, and equipment in accordance with New York State Board standards, • Assist clients with service recommendations, product suggestions, and rebooking future appointments, • Help promote salon services, memberships, and retail products when appropriate, • Stay open to learning new techniques, trends, and salon systems through ongoing training, • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service, • Participate in salon content creation and social media when neededQualifications:, • Must hold a valid New York State Nail Technician License, • Passion for nails, beauty, and providing a great client experience, • Open to learning new techniques, nail trends, and ongoing education, • Experience with Gel-X, builder gel, structure gel, acrylic, or nail art is a plus, but not required, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus, • Comfortable being featured in salon content and open to learning social media/content creation, • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to grow within the companyImportant Notes:, • This is an hourly pay initially, plus tips (possible comission opportunities), • Booth rentals are not offered for this position, • Weekends, Week evenings, & ability to work miscellaneous holidays are a requirement, • Must be comfortable creating and appearing in social media contentWhy Join Us:, • Ongoing hands-on training and mentorship, • Opportunities to expand your service portfolio and learn new techniques, • Education in nail art, trending designs, and advanced skills, • Team support throughout the day if youre running behind or need assistance, • Guidance on creating content and building your personal brand online, • A creative, uplifting team environment that encourages growth and collaborationJob Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: • On-the-job training, • Tools providedApplication Requirement(s):, • Nail Instagram (Those who do not put their Nail Instagram or attach portfolio (photos of work) with Resume will not be considered for position)Education:, • High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:, • Nail Technician: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
