A high rise superintendent is responsible for the maintenance and operation of a building, and for addressing issues within the building and units:
Maintenance: Coordinates maintenance and repairs, and ensures the building is running smoothly
Inspections: Conducts site and unit inspections
Staffing: Ensures the staff is properly trained and scheduled
Resident relations: Interacts with residents to address their need
