This role will report directly to the Clinical Nurse Supervisor. You’ll: • Complete individualized assessments upon admission and routinely, per regulatory requirements, and with changes of condition., • Works as part of the caregiving team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions., • Coordinate care with Primary Providers and other community healthcare resources., • Appropriate delegation of care tasks to non-licensed personnel., • Provide orientation and ongoing training of caregiver staff.You’ll be part of a caring team that makes a real impact on residents’ lives—even in the quietest hours.What You’ll Bring:, • Must be registered and licensed with the State of Minnesota as a RN and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure., • Experience working with aged adults and demonstrated knowledge of geriatric care needs preferred., • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English., • Understanding of, and ability to function electronic health record software and basic Microsoft Office products, email, etc., • A compassionate, team-oriented mindset., • Dependability and a strong work ethic.Benefits for Qualified Full-Time Employees:, • Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance, • Group & Voluntary Life/AD&D, • Short- & Long-Term Disability (STD & LTD), • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Dependent Care (DCA) To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
