Hasina Couture LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Tailor to join our team. We specialize in custom designs and alterations, providing high-quality garments to our clients. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for ensuring the perfect fit and finish of all clothing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform alterations, repairs, and adjustments on a variety of garments including dresses, suits, and other custom apparel.
- Take accurate measurements and interpret client specifications to ensure desired outcomes.
- Conduct fittings with clients, offering expert advice on adjustments and fabric care.
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and other tailoring equipment.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tailor or Seamstress in a couture or high-end fashion environment.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and alteration techniques.
- Excellent hand and machine sewing skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- A keen eye for style and fit.
