We need YOU to find the talent.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Scout Talent: Utilize any and all your Recruiment strategies such as but not limited to Use social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to identify potential influencers, entertainers, and charismatic personalities. Attend events and conventions to scout talent Colleges Service Skill or Business etc.
Connect: Reach out to talent and introduce them to the benefits of professional livestreaming.
Onboard: Guide them through the audition process and help them get started on the right app.
Monetize: Earn commission for every successful recruit you bring in.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a performance-based role. You are paid for results, not hours.
You earn a commission for every single recruit who:
✅ Successfully passes the Official Audition.
✅ Completes 35 Hours of broadcasting in their first month.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have an active presence on social media.
Strong communication skills (you need to slide into DMs professionally!).
Self-motivated and organized.
Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or influencer marketing is a plus, but not required.
