*About Us:
High Clad Tax Service is seeking experienced and certified tax professionals to join our team as remote tax preparers. As a remote tax preparer, you will prepare and review individual and business tax returns, provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns.
*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare accurate and complete individual anbusiness tax returns, including federal, state, and local returns.
- Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or video conferencing.
- Stay up-to-date on tax law changes and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate workflow.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
*Requirements:*
- Active PTIN
- Some knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and software (e.g., Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable internet connection and computer with required software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with cloud-based tax software.
- Familiarity with IRS and state tax authorities.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
