Skills Classroom experience with young elementary-aged children across diverse backgrounds; familiarity with private school environments is a plus. Experience in lesson planning that incorporates literacy, math skills, and science. Experience working with individuals with autism or providing early intervention services; knowledge of behavior management techniques is essential. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, students, and families. Ability to manage classroom while maintaining high standards of student engagement .
