Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and replace windows and doors with precision.
Install siding, ensuring proper sealing and alignment.
Construct and install decks, including framing, flooring, and railings.
Perform roof installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring durability and weather resistance.
Collaborate with team members and follow project plans and specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on installations.
Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with framing, carpentry, and other construction trades.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
