We are seeking licensed mental health professionals, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs),who are licensed in NJ, NY and or Florida to join our dynamic team . Duties
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and mental health screenings, to identify individual needs.
- Deliver individual sessions utilizing therapeutic approaches such as behavioral therapy, child & family counseling, and applied behavior analysis.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with patients’ goals and clinical best practices.
- Manage medical documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining comprehensive medical records.
- Provide case management services to coordinate care, connect patients with community resources, and support ongoing treatment progress.
- Engage in patient care activities that promote mental health stability, resilience, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
