The Director of Field Employee Experience leads Employee Experience strategy and support for Swig's store organization and serves as a strategic partner to Operations leadership. This role leads the Employee Experience team dedicated to supporting stores. The Director is responsible for evaluating and improving the processes, systems, and programs that support our Daymakers, while driving meaningful improvements that evolve alongside Swig's growth.
