We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial motor vehicle to transport goods and materials from one location to another.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Operate a commercial truck safely and efficiently
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and cargo
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate with dispatch and other drivers as needed
- Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., checking oil, tire pressure)
*Requirements:*
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- 2+ years of truck driving experience
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and maneuver cargo
- Good communication and customer service skills
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Hazmat endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
- GPS and logistics software experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
*Working Conditions:*
- Long hours on the road (up to 70 hours/week)
- Overnight stays away from home
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
- Physical demands of lifting, bending, and maneuvering cargo
*Compensation:*
- Competitive hourly rate ($35-$45/hour)
