KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Providing excellent customer service to all customers that come into the establishment or call for orders following Paris Baguette's high standard of excellence, • Check quality of all the products for displays and organize rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts, • Make beverages on the basis and demand during operating business hours and prepare coffee, • Always keep all areas of the store clean while operating during business hours, • Refill and organize all pasties and beverages on display, • Work with a high sense of urgency, honesty, integrity, and as efficiently as possible., • Assisting guests with any inquiries and educating guests on menu items and any special promotions, • Operate POS system (Toast) and perform tasks such as cash handling and credit card processing with attention to accuracy, • Openness to learn about our quality products, specialty menu items, and coffee, • Pay attention to guests and greet guests by making eye contact, smiling and spreading joy!, • Understanding the guest is the center of it all, • Answering questions and assisting guests with order decisions and processes, • Knowing how to suggestively sell to enhance the guest experience and increasing sales, • Always happy to help! Additional focal points of this station are packaging pastries to standard, suggesting made to order beverages, and inviting guests to return., • Greeter – Where applicable, the greeter is responsible for offering a warm welcome to our guests and directing them to the appropriate area., • Merchandiser – The merchandiser is a master at work, reinforcing the delectable charm of the bakery display. The merchandiser continually focuses on re-stocking product in all areas of the café, ensuring the displays are aesthetically pleasing and bountiful!, • Pick-Up Specialist – The specialist focuses on spreading joy to our guests by ensuring all pickup and delivery orders are prepared, packaged, and fulfilled in a timely manner. This individual assists with fulfilling our mission by delivering joy to everyone! WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • Minimum of 1-2 years of Retail, Customer Service and food handling experience, preferred., • Minimum High School Diploma/GED or Some College, preferred., • Ability to work weekends and holidays., • Positive and passionate attitude!, • High sense of integrity and ownership., • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)., • Able to lift up to 25 lbs., • Time management, ability to prioritize and follow direction., • Adherence to food safety guidelines., • Proficient on Point of Sale systems, currently Toast. WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR The Team Leader is responsible for directing other team members (in addition to their regular duties) to run the store efficiently by being able to divide up duties and enforce them. Also this role is responsible for knowing how to prep all beverages, stocking merchandise for the next business day, and operating all machines that the store uses. Our Team Leader is the face of Paris Baguette; they provide friendly, fast, accommodating service to our customers. Our customers can range from grabbing a pastry and coffee in the morning to enjoying a hot sandwich inside our café style bakeries. We take pride in our work and in our products. This includes the responsibility of keeping all spaces inside Paris Baguette clean to working our POS system to enter in customer orders. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Providing excellent customer service to all customers that come into the establishment or call for orders following Paris Baguette's high standard of excellence, • Check quality of all the products for displays and organize rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts, • Delegating the duties between crew members on the floor and assigning the duties to be carried out, • Checking on the crew to make sure said duties are completed, • Enter in the customer's order in the POS and know how to use the POS system in place, • Work and thrive in a team-work environment, • Adhere to food safety guidelines, • Make beverages on the basis and demand during operating business hours and prepare coffee, • Always keep all areas of the store clean while operating during business hours, • Refill and organize all pasties and beverages on display, • Help unload deliveries (up to twice a week), • Handle catering orders, • For Opening Shifts: Cleaning all tabletops, turning on all lights, TVs, radios and drink displays, • For Closing Shifts: Cleaning all tabletops, preparing the drinks for next business day, sanitization processes, turning off all machines, powering off all computers and turning off all lights, TVs and radios HAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • At least 1-2 years of food handling/store experience inside a Paris Baguette retail store, • High School Diploma/GED or some college, preferred, • Current ServSafe certification, ServSafe instructor certificate or ability to become certified, preferred, • Positive and passionate attitude, • High sense of integrity and ownership, • Feedback is a gift! WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Design & Construction guidelines, managing architectural and construction activities involved with new and remodel locations. The Construction Project Manager will provide recommendations on prototype improvements, supervise the entire development process from test-fit to project closeout, and provide process-driven enhancements when appropriate. The ideal candidate will leverage their construction/design knowledge to provide ongoing assistance to help us achieve our vision of re-establishing the neighborhood bakery café as the heart of the community around the world. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage all facets of the project development process for new and remodel locations including test-fit layouts, CD's, permitting, construction through to opening of the café., • Supervise and manage the construction process while establishing and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders., • Manage Paris Baguette preferred architects, general contractors, millwork & sign vendors including ongoing development of new vendors, as needed., • Ability to develop scope of work, budgets, coordination of deliveries and identify risks for projects, project delivery requirements, cost estimates and risk identification, as required., • Track progress of all projects against approved timelines and goals. Reports on project status and potential delays and then implements an action plan to meet objectives as needed for on time opening., • Implement the company's business policies, programs, specifications and procedures related to planning, design and construction of Paris Baguette locations, • Undertake all reasonable measures to ensure that all agreed to new store build/ relocations/ remodels are met for franchisee markets., • Provide bakery/franchise design assistance and construction project management support to the teams to ensure new openings and redevelopments meet corporate design standards., • Stay current with bakery/franchise industry practices regarding development plans, design standards and related cost and maintain liaison with Paris Baguette team to identify, cascade, and implement global programs and regional initiatives., • Perform assigned tasks as assigned. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or related field., • At least, 5-7 years Architecture/Construction Project Management experience in QSR/Retail/Hospitality/Entertainment industry., • Experience in the Architectural field including commercial and retail related activities., • Progressive leadership experience in a fast paced and rapidly growing retail environment. Must have a proven multi-unit restaurant development background leading 100 plus locations., • Experience with a fast growing, high-volume Franchise company preferred., • Bakery/Café kitchen construction project management experience preferred., • Passion for people!
