FREELANCE CONTENT CREATOR — LUXURY REAL ESTATE
Location: Hamptons, NY / Remote / On-Site Shoots
Compensation: Project-Based (Freelance / Case-by-Case)

Opportunity Overview:
Join one of the most exciting luxury real estate brands in the country. We’re looking for a skilled, creative Freelance Content Creator to collaborate on a case-by-case basis to produce high-quality, engaging social media content. You’ll have access to some of the most exclusive, multi-million-dollar homes in The Hamptons.
What You’ll Do:
Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and some long form YouTube.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments during property tours and showings
Create compelling Instagram stories, carousels, and occasional stills
Stay on top of social media trends and suggest content ideas to stay ahead of the curve
Help build a consistent brand aesthetic across platforms
Assist with organizing and archiving video/photo content
Requirements:
Proven experience creating short-form content (portfolio or samples required)
Strong filming and editing skills (iPhone/DSLR + Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends and algorithms
Ability to work independently and turn around edits quickly
Professionalism and discretion around high-profile properties and clients
Must be flexible with scheduling — some shoots will be spontaneous and on-site.
