About the Role: Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating seamless virtual experiences?
We are looking for a Virtual Event Admin to support our growing team! You will assist in setting up, coordinating, and managing online events, webinars, and virtual workshops.


What You’ll Do: Coordinate virtual event logistics (scheduling, invitations, registration setups).

  • Provide live, on-screen technical support during virtual events (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Manage post-event follow-ups, attendee feedback, and data entry.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in virtual admin, event coordination, or customer support.

  • Stable internet connection and a reliable remote work setup.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Flexible to work in overlapping time zones.
