We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and publish online listings for a growing portfolio of rental and sale properties. This is a remote position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and has a keen eye for presentation.

🔧 Responsibilities
Create and manage property listings across various online platforms (e.g., Rentalsource, PropertyPro, etc.)
Upload photos, write compelling descriptions, and ensure all details are accurate
Respond to basic inquiries from potential renters or buyers
Track listing performance and suggest improvements
Maintain a simple database of active, pending, and closed listings
Occasionally assist with light research or admin tasks related to property marketing

✅ Requirements
Strong written communication skills
Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone or computer
Prior experience in real estate or online sales is a plus (but not required)
