Job Profile:
As a Real Estate Customer Relations Executive at Sohum, you will be a full-time remote employee working with Realtors & more clients to assist with various tasks related to the real estate industry.
Real Estate Executive Responsibilities:

  • Assistance to Buyer / Listing Agents: Assisting the agent with assisting the buyers to get there dream home & preparing a property for sale, such as staging, photography, and creating property descriptions
  • Assistance to Agents: Assisting the agents in scheduling showings, making route plans, and helping clients to prepare paperwork for offer submission.
  • Vendor coordination: Coordinating with vendors for cleaning, staging, and construction
  • Keeping track of leads, property listings, client information, and other relevant data using databases and spreadsheets
  • Strong Knowledge of MLS, Showingtime, Realty back office
  • Property Management: You will assist clients in coordinating and managing various real estate activities, including tracking progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Advanced Excel: You will be utilizing advanced Excel features to manipulate and analyze large sets of data relating to real estate.
  • CRM and Lead Management: You will assist clients in managing their customer relationships, tracking leads, and ensuring that all leads are properly followed up on.
  • Online Research: You will conduct research on various real estate-related topics for clients, such as market trends and potential properties.
  • Lead Generation: Realtor & you will be responsible for identifying potential leads for clients and reaching out to them to generate new business.
  • Executive Assistance: You will provide support with tasks such as itinerary planning, calendar management, and email management.
    Qualifications:
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Strong aptitude for mathematics and logic
  • Experience in resolving work-conflict situations
  • Ability to be self-driven and organized
  • Ability to work during US time zones
    Job Prerequisites:
  • A distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection with at least 70 mbps
  • Laptop with an integrated camera, and an in-home office setup including at least 8GB of RAM and 2GB for Macs, I-3 7th Gen processor at 2.4GHz, the most recent version of MS Office, and a minimum of 256MB of internal GPU.
  • A pair of headphones.
    Work Shift:
    Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT
    Salary:
    Approximate salary all the open positions is between ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
