We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating guests warmly.
- Presenting menus, making recommendations, and answering questions about food and beverage items.
- Accurately taking and relaying food and drink orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serving meals and beverages in a timely manner.
- Checking on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
- Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions.
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
