Waiter / Waitress - A.N.S. Seafood Market

Join A.N.S. Seafood Market as a Waiter/Waitress, where you will play a key role in providing excellent service and enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on daily specials, ingredients, and dish recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Process payments and manage cash/card transactions accurately.
• Prepare tables for new guests by cleaning and setting them appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
