Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes, • Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations, • Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service, • Manage cash register operations, process payments, and handle tabs accurately, • Monitor and manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role preferred, • Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management, • Certification in responsible alcohol service or similar training is a plus, • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We pride ourselves on fostering a positive, inclusive culture where creativity and professionalism thrive.
