Job DescriptionAbout SDLG North America SDLG is a global manufacturer of construction machinery, offering reliable wheel loaders, excavators, and solutions for the heavy equipment industry. As we expand our North American operations, we are strengthening our parts and logistics team in Houston to support dealer inventory, parts fulfillment, warehousing efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Position Overview The Parts Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, parts movement, and order fulfillment for SDLG North America. This role requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with SAP for inventory management and parts processing. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting SDLG’s growing dealer network. Key Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments of parts and components., • Pick, pack, and ship customer and dealer orders accurately and on time., • Utilize SAP to manage inventory transactions, stock adjustments, order processing, and material movements., • Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits., • Organize warehouse storage locations to ensure efficiency and safety., • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and freight arrangements (LTL, parcel, container shipments)., • Coordinate with Dealers, Logistics, and our China Parts team to resolve order, shipping or inventory issues., • Assist with container unloading, palletizing, restocking, and forklift operations. And The management and application for package consumables material, • Monitor warehouse supplies, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety standards., • Support annual physical inventory and ongoing process improvements. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in a parts warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment., • Hands-on experience with SAP (EWM preferred: material management, picking, receiving, stock transfers) and CRM system, • Strong understanding of parts handling, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving., • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment., • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in heavy equipment, automotive, industrial machinery, or OEM parts distribution., • Familiarity with LTL freight carriers, pallet preparation, and warehouse KPIs., • Experience with warehouse process improvements or 5S implementation.
