Under general supervision of the Program Director, the Legal Program Manager will coordinate and oversee the provision of legal services within the Immigration and Refugee Resettlement Program. Primary functions include supervision of legal services staff, oversight of legal case management and processing, provision of legal training, legal review and quality control. Attention to detail and critical thinking are key components needed to succeed in this position. The Legal Program Manager will also help implement initiatives to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
