We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our factory and fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabricating metal structures and components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine materials and equipment needed.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform welding operations such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Certified welder certification and OSHA certification.
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a construction or repair environment.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment.
