- Proven experience as a window fabricator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Strong understanding of window fabrication techniques and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.( English/Spanish)
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Certification or training in window fabrication is a plus.
